Savannah Thompson
Founder | Co-Owner | Nine Realms Athletics
Savannah Thompson is the owner of Nine Realms Athletics and Body Alchemy Massage & Performance, where her private practice operates inside the gym to support clients in both recovery and performance. Her work bridges the gap between training, rehabilitation, and bodywork so people can move better, feel better, and perform at their best.
Savannah’s journey into bodywork began in her late teens and early twenties after experiencing her own injuries and witnessing a parent struggle with debilitating chronic pain. Those experiences sparked a deep curiosity about the anatomical structure of the body and how imbalances affect movement, performance, and overall quality of life. Learning how to identify and correct those imbalances quickly became both a skill and a calling.
She first explored the field through personal training in her early twenties, but began pursuing it more seriously in 2019 as her interest in anatomy, corrective movement, and long-term physical health deepened. What began as a personal pursuit to understand the body soon evolved into a clear purpose: helping others realign their bodies so they can live and move without constant pain or limitation.
Driven by that passion, Savannah eventually took the leap into massage therapy so she could help people not only relieve pain but restore proper function. Her practice combines therapeutic and sports massage with techniques such as myofascial work, various forms of cupping, scraping, assisted stretching, and corrective exercise. By integrating these approaches, she works to address the root causes of dysfunction rather than just temporary symptoms.
Savannah runs a goal-driven practice built around structured care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs—whether they are looking to reduce pain, improve mobility, perform better in their sport, or stay healthy for their work and daily life.
